NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-007536 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO R. HERNANDEZ; DAWN M. HERNANDEZ; CLERK OF COURT, THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, SAN REMO SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
