NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-011913 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and ALIAKSANDR SHUBIANOK; KLARA SHUBIANOK; TOWNHOMES OF BAY PORT COLONY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 11, TOWNHOMES OF BAY PORT COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 51 THROUGH 55, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
