NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-010082 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-W9, is the Plaintiff and RANDY JAY FLETCHER; KATHLEEN M. FLETCHER; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A OTTIS LEVINE; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A ROD THOMPSON; RANDY JAY FLETCHER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE R-KAR REVOCABLE TRUST are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 AND THE SOUTH 36 FEET OF LOT 24, DE LEON PARK, AS PER MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
