NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-015116 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and BENFER L. KATO; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION C/O LEGAL DEPARTMENT; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF ACL RR AND THE EAST BOUNDARY OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST AND RUN SOUTH 55°30 WEST 448.3 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 06°05 WEST, 528.22 FEET, THENCE EAST 420.6 FEET AND NORTH TO BEGINNING. LESS THE EAST 15 FEET AND THE WEST 56 1/2 FEET OF THE EAST 399 FEET OF THE SOUTH 228.8 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHEAST 1/4 AND THAT PART OF CLOSED 100 FEET RIGHT OF WAY OF SCL RR ABUTTING ON NORTH BETWEEN NORTHERLY EXTENSIONS OF EAST AND WEST PROPERTY LINES. ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
