NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2010 CA 002826 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, as Successor Trustee under NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Joe Belcher, Sarah Vinyard, Beneficial Florida, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
