Ryan, Unknown Spouse of Marlene J. Ryan, Colonial Bank, National Association, Island Master Association, Inc., Island Place Condominium Association, Inc., John Doe NKA Michael Parade, Regions Bank FKA Amsouth Bank, are defendants I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBERS 5-765, ISLAND PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATIN OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 10638, PAGE 1815, AND ANY AMENDEMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 44, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
