NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-029943 DIV B of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT OF SHIRLEY J. MARTIN DATED JULY 29, 2005 AS RESTATED AUGUST 21, 2006, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 29th day of April, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3, STONEHEDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
