NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-015175, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and EDDA I. HOPKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDDA I. HOPKINS; GALLERIA HOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

UNIT NO. 5-5E, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 5 OF GALLERIA AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN EAST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 5, A DISTANCE OF 126.295 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE TO RUN ALONG SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY, A DISTANCE OF 24.475 FEET TO A POINT, THENCE RUN NORTH 11DEGREES 18' 36” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 120.30 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 5, THENCE RUN SOUTH 78 DEGREES 41' 24” WEST, ALONG SAID NORTHERLY BOUNDARY A DISTANCE OF 24.0 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN SOUTH 11 DEGREES 18' 36”EAST, A DISTANCE OF 115.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 5 BEING ASSUMED TO BEAR EAST AND WEST FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS DESCRIPTION.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
