NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-017553 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-10, is Plaintiff, and WADE P. BEHNKE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33, 34 AND 35 LESS THE EAST 46 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 133 OF THE REVISED PLAT OF TERRACE PARK UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
