NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-007403 DIV B of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR W. JANES; RACHEL JANES A/K/A RACHEL MELENDEZ; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA N.A.; PRIMEQUITY, LLC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 AM on APRIL 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 73, OF FISHHAWK RANCH PHASE 2, PARCEL “DD-1A” ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
