NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2008-CA-23546 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-3, Plaintiff, and, STANLEY, RANDALL, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 6TH day of MAY, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 18, BLOCK 12, SHADOW RUN UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
