NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-014267 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and CARLOS ROSA; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF METRIS BANK; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; FONDA CAPORICE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS ROSA N/K/A LILIAN ROSA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 320 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET FOR ROAD, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
