NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 28th day of February and entered in Case No. 07-CA-011391, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA BANK OF DELAWARE, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THERON ERNEST WILSON; CECELIA F. WILSON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 24 OF EL PORTAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 15 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
