NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2012 CA 012696, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CRISTINA JURADO A/K/A CHRISTINA JURADO; THE OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE OAKS UNIT II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 3861, PAGE 535, AND OR BOOK 3770, PAGE 1291, AND FURTHER AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3809, PAGE 694, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 72, AMENDED BY REVISED PLAT OF THE OAKS UNIT II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
