NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-009540 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is the Plaintiff and KRISTEN WEST AKA KRISTEN MARTINSON AKA KRISTEN LYNN MATINSON; DAVID WEST AKA DAVID W. WEST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID WEST AKA DAVID W. WEST; CITIBANK, N.A. FKA CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA; JOHN DOE NKA JASON FOSTER; JANE DOE NKA CHASTITY FOSTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE KRISTEN WEST AKA KRISTEN MARTINSON AKA KRISTEN LYNN MATINSON are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT BEGINNING 976 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, AND RUN EAST 65 FEET, SOUTH 125 FEET, WEST 65 FEET AND NORTH 125 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ON THE NORTH SIDE THEREOF, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
