ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- 8 is the Plaintiff and JAMES BARNES A/K/A JAMES E. BARNES; ROCHELLE BARNES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
