NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-027204 DIV N in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2004KS12 was the Plaintiff and GLORIA MALDONADO; ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 8th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 18, IN BLOCK 3, OF LOS CIEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT HALF OF THE VACATED ALLEY AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 11090, PAGE 757.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
