NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016621 DIV N in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2006QA3 was the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. MCCORMICK, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 3, BLOCK 13, MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED RIVER WALK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 276 THROUGH 286, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
