NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2012 andan Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-Cc-016147 Div. L, ofthe County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein South Fork ofHillsborough County Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Robin L. Burke and Kathleen M. Kaminski areDefendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 10, 2013 in an online sale atwww.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said FinalJudgment, to wit:
Lot 27, Block C, SOUTH FORK UNIT 1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 56 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THANTHE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
