NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-001192 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, ESTHER CAMPISI A/K/A ESTHER J. CAMPISI A/K/A ESTHER RIVEIRO CAMPISI A/K/A ESTHER J. CARY, DECEASED; MICHAEL RAY CARY A/K/A MICHAEL CARY, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ESTHER CAMPISI A/K/A ESTHER J. THE NORTH 105 FEET OF THE WEST 140 FEET OF THE EAST 420 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, 20 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 15 FEET OF THE SOUTH 225 FEET OF THE WEST 140 FEET OF THE EAST 420 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET FOR ROAD, OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 20 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
