NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-019924, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN M COTTER; MICHELLE L COTTER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A DAVID SANDERS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 5, TROPICAL ACRES SOUTH, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME (1987 PALM) IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS PH09885A AND PH09885B
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
