NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated 18th day of March, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, 11-CA-001683, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
