Unit No. 3107, of SKYPOINT, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated June 1, 2007, as recorded June 4, 2007, in Official Records Book 17814, Page 346, and all exhibits attached thereto, and all amendments thereof, and according to the plat or map thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page 188, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice on Courtenay S. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 1700, Tampa, FL 33602, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
