NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-013819CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jasna Gajic, Rajko Gajic, Colonial Bank, NA, Windjammer Condominium Association - St Pete, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 26th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 507, BUILDING 5, WINDJAMMER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK III, PAGES 1 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7935, PAGE 465, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLOIRDA.
