NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-004373 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association as trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-HY1, is the Plaintiff and Ray Simons, Cypress Run Property Owners Association, Inc., Christa Simons, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
