NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-006260 - DIVISION A of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BankUnited, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Vivian R. Davis, Arbors at Carrollwood Condominium Association, Inc, a Florida non-profit corporation, John Doe n/k/a John Hackbarth, Mary Doe n/k/a Amanda Hackbarth, Unknown Spouse of Vivian R. Davis, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 7th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
