NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of March , 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-001927-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CASABLANCA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and THERESA R MURRAY is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00am, on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit No. 2-D of Casablanca Condominiums, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4453, Page 1410, and all exhibits and amendments thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the improvements located thereon and the fixtures and/or personal property per contract between the parties. Subject to easements and restrictions of record and taxes for current and subsequent years.
