NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006689 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and VALETIA D. GLADDING, AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST #876; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST #876; VALETIA D. GLADDING; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
