NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-000753 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon formerly known as The Bank of New York as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-SD1, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SD1, is the Plaintiff and “Lakehead Land Trust”, U/T/A 12/31/05, IMAJ Properties, LLC, a Florida Limited liability Company, as trustee, Stephen E. Land, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the “Lakehead Land Trust”, U/T/A 12/31/05, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
