NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-001025 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. fka Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Reyna Elizabeth Sanchez aka Reyna Sanchez, Jane Doe nka Hermina Sanchez, John Doe nka David Sanchez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR4, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
