NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at the clerk's website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 14th, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property:
LOTS 9, 19 AND 20, E.A. MARSHALL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF VACATED STATE STREET (LANGE STREET) LYING BETWEEN SAID LOTS 9 AND 20, AS VACATED BY RESOLUTION NO. 69-86, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3128, PAGE 319, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM THE EAST 30 FEET OF SAID LOTS 9 AND 20 AS CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2179, PAGE 423, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND LESS AND EXCEPT THOSE PORTIONS OF SAID LOTS 19 AND 20 AS CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2940, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF SAID LOT 9 CONVEYED BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10765, PAGE 1250, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF SAID LOT 19 CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER BY SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12596, PAGE 1349, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
