NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12 06018, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WILSON L. ROWAN A/K/A WILSON LEE ROWAN, JR. AKA WILSON LEE ROWAN; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; HARBOUR COURT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARBOUR ISLAND COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N. A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 1404, HARBOUR COURT, A CONDOMINIUM, BUILDING 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4991, PAGE 369, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 23; ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
PARCEL II
A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY AS SET FORTH IN HARBOUR ISLANDS DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4606, PAGE 1182 IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
