NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-004315, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ALLISON CHRISTIAN A/K/A ALLISON L. CHRISTIAN; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; SUNTRUST BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLISON CHRISTIAN A/K/A ALLISON L. CHRISTIAN N/K/A BRANDON STIDHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUELDA S. THOMPSON N/K/A RICHARD THOMPSON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 31, WESTMORELAND PLACE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTH 0° 33' 19” EAST, 50 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 31 TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER THEREOF, THENCE NORTH 89° 49' 22” WEST 28.30 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 31 TO A POINT, THENCE NORTH 02° 05' 00” EAST 50.02 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 31, THENCE SOUTH 89° 49' 22” EAST 26.00 FEET ALONG SAID BOUNDARY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
