ATTEBERRY #1561 as to 86.67% Undivided interest and WILLIAM L. ATTEBERRY, Individually as to 13.33% Undivided interest, Plaintiff, and CHARLES E. BIRDSONG is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on May 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
Lot 9, Block 5, WINSTON PARK, Unit No. 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 42, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
