NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-009437 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Donald G. Zobrist; Unknown Spouse of Donald G. Zobrist; Cypress Creek of Hillsborough Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK 16, OF CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 282, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
