NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-CA-016972 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Wilhelmena Williams Moody; Unknown Spouse of Wilhelmena Williams Moody; Dequan Moody; Unknown Spouse of Dequan Moody; Niqua Moody; Unknown Spouse of Niqua Moody; State of Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 8, SWANSON PARK, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
