NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-11679-CO-42 of the CIRCUIT Court of the sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COVE CAY VILLAGE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THERESA MARCOLINI; DENISE A. MARCOLINI A/K/A DENISE MARCOLINI DEVITO; ANDREA L. DUNN; COVE CAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 2-D, Building N. 2, Cove Cay Village IV, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat book 40, Pages 56 through 61, inclusive and amended in, Condominium Plat Book 42, Pages 108 inclusive, and as further described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5019, Page 1653, and in O.R. Book 5042, Pages 1261 through 1267, inclusive Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appertaining thereto, to have and to hold the above described property together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, rights and appurtenances thereto, in fee simple forever; the street address of which is: 2800 Cove Cay Drive Unit 2D Clearwater, FL 33760.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
