Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 116, of THE REGENCY, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 91 and 92, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4978, Pages 1022 through 1084, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 26, 2013.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
