NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 5, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-031239 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA1 MORTGAG E PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-OA1, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM R. GAUCH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM R. GAUCH N/K/A MARGARET GAUCH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/21/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
