NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-019998 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SEQUOIA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and HERNAN MARIN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERNAN MARIN; MONICA M. CADAVID; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MONICA M. CADAVID; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HIGHWOODS PRESERVE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A VANESSA HAMPTON, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/02/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 18379, BUILDING 5, OF EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. 15574, PAGES 149 THROUGH 308, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
