NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-009421 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR1 is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM B. MARTIN III A/K/A WILLIAM MARTIN III; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CLARK HENSS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JEFF SMOCK are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
