NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000197 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and Michal J. Winiarek; Mary J. Winiarek; Wisdom Structural, Inc.; City of Tampa, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 9 AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 4, GANDY BOULEVARD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
