NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-007102 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 22nd day of April, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 4, SUNRAY GARDENS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 37 PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
