NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-001145 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and EVONNE REAVES A/K/A EVONN REAVES; CLARETHA REAVES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK FSB; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
