NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of March 2013, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO.11-CA-005127 CI-15, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 110, BUILDING B, RUSTLEWOOD AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4665, AT PAGE 132 THROUGH 160, INCLUSIVE, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 46 THROUGH 51, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
