NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012007655CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH ARMELI, JR., AND MARIA ANN ARMELI, husband and wife, IBERIABANK are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 12, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 305, of RAM-SEA I, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance and subject to the easements, restrictions, conditions, covenants and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4987, Pages 1005 through 1071, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and the Condominium plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, Pages 10 through 13, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
