NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-008451, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and EDWARD SPENCER THORNTON and TRICIA L. WALKER A/K/A TRICIA LEIGH WALKER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 16th day ofApril, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, ARBOR GLEN - PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
