NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-019991, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF12 is the Plaintiff and DARREN JACKSON; AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCIAL SERVICES OF AMERICA, INC.; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NAT. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 141 PALM RIVER VILLAGE UNIT 2 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45 PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
