NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-016352 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of June 1, 2007 Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR5, is the Plaintiff and Diana M. Fernandez, Manhattan Townhomes Owners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Tracey Shearer, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for the judicial sale that will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on 3rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
