NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-000907 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CARMELO E. PUGLISI A/K/A CARMELLO E. PUGLISI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMELO E. PUGLISI A/K/A CARMELLO E. PUGLISI N/K/A JODY PUGLISI; GUY N. PUGLISI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUY N. PUGLISI N/K/A AMY PUGLISI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; BRENMAR MANAGEMENT COMPANY AS LANDLORD OF SABAL PARK APARTMENTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
